This 45-minute EMPOWER Breathwork session is designed to celebrate spring and new beginnings. It starts with somatic practices like butterfly taps and ear rubs to release stored emotions, followed by an opening meditation setting intentions for growth.
The main practice consists of three rounds of connected circular breathing (10 minutes each), each followed by breath holds of increasing duration (30-60 seconds).
During these rounds, participants visualise releasing old energy and inviting in new possibilities, with imagery of planting seeds of intention and standing in a sunlit field.
The session concludes with integration to release lingering emotions, and ends with a gentle integration period where participants acknowledge their resilience and potential for renewal.
